Basement Wines is the seller and fulfiller of wine offered through the linked Wine Country Corner storefront. Wine Country Corner provides marketing and ecommerce technology.
Age and legal eligibility
Wine may be purchased and received only by persons age 21 or older. By placing an order, the purchaser represents that the purchaser and intended recipient meet all age and destination requirements. Adult signature and valid government-issued identification are required at delivery.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the request; it does not guarantee acceptance. Basement Wines may accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order based on inventory, destination eligibility, suspected fraud, payment authorization, weather, carrier availability, or legal requirements.
Prices, tax, and shipping
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, adult-signature fees, and other disclosed charges are presented before payment. Errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Delivery
The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct serviceable address and arranging for an eligible adult to sign. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Basement Wines may delay shipment to protect the wine from unsafe temperatures.
Cancellations and claims
Cancellation, refund, and damaged-shipment requests are governed by the Returns and Damaged Shipments policy. Do not return wine without written instructions.
Lawful personal use
Products are sold for lawful personal use and may not be purchased or transferred in violation of alcohol laws. Basement Wines may request additional information before accepting an order.

Historical material is presented in good faith from bottle labels, award records, the Basement Wines archive, and family recollection. Vintage availability and product information on the active Wine Country Corner storefront control at the time of purchase.
