We may receive contact information, delivery details, order information, customer-service messages, age-eligibility confirmations, and transaction records necessary to evaluate and fulfill wine orders. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Basement Wines.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, accept or reject orders, process payments and refunds, calculate tax and shipping, verify eligibility, fulfill and deliver purchases, prevent fraud, keep required records, and comply with law.
Service providers
Basement Wines may share the minimum necessary information with Wine Country Corner and Xenco Labs for storefront and technical services; Stripe for payment processing; carriers and fulfillment providers; tax and age-verification services; and professional advisers or authorities when required. These providers process information for their assigned functions.
Wine Country Corner
The Two Monsters catalog and checkout are hosted through Wine Country Corner. Its privacy disclosures also apply when you use that storefront. Basement Wines remains the seller and fulfiller of the wine.

Retention and security
Records are retained for legitimate business, tax, licensing, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
